At Fitmuse, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we offer a 14-day free return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free Returns

We offer free returns on approved eligible items within the 14-day return window. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label at no additional cost to you.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, missing tags, or missing original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final-sale items, gift cards, or any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.


Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
